Drawing Room
The drawing room features a
large inglenook fireplace, which complements the size of the room, with
double leaded light, oak framed windows, overlooking the front garden and
French windows leading to the rear terrace and garden.
There are many original exposed ceiling timbers and a wealth of exposed wall
timbers. Three radiators, television and radio aerial points, fitted book
shelves and dimming wall lights.
There is exposed brickwork to either side of the fireplace and a turning oak
staircase to the first floor
